The Independent Adult
The Independent Adult is an on-demand training program designed to support young adults who want to live and work independently.
Evidence-based courses are developed by experienced professionals in occupational therapy, special education, and employment support services. Modules can be completed on your own schedule and tailored to your individual needs.
Our training modules provide skilled instruction in independent living domains for young adults with intellectual disabilities. Popular topics include time management, hygiene, and employment with additional modules added regularly. A full list of current course offerings can be found under All Courses.
